Mark your calendars for November 15th. You don’t want to miss this year’s Super Hero Run! It’s a great opportunity to get in your workout, honor birth moms (they are truly Super Heros!), dress up if you want, have a blast, AND support CPO while you’re at it! See below for all the details!
How to Participate
The race is Saturday, November 15th at Bentley Park in Bixby. The 5k race begins at 8:30 and the 1k race begins at 9:30. Registration fees are $30 (5k) and $20 (1k). This price includes a race bib, timing chip, and a long-sleeved t-shirt. All runners are guaranteed a t-shirt if registered by November 12. Teams are encouraged, and there will be a prize for the largest team. Many participants choose to create a team in honor of a birth mother in their lives. What a great tribute! Don’t forget to wear your super hero costume if you want to have an extra bit of fun!

How to Volunteer
The race is on Saturday, November 15th, but we need volunteers long before that day. We need people to help organize the event, to get the word out, and many other jobs. Of course, we also need volunteers on the day of the event for set-up, clean-up, and everything in between.
